USA budget for 2008

The new USA budget for 2008 is about 1075 billion dollars, and it seems like it’s the biggest budget on this planet. 67% of that is going to cover military and national security troubles, and only 33% is actually going to cover the development of the country.

Seems like baby boomers are not going to see their retirement in full… Medicare will not be supplied in full… Schools will lack resources, thus the education costs will go up…

Seems like USA is on the edge of a World War…

It does not smell good…

I just wonder, USA education system is falling apart, however, Bush administration pushes money towards Iraq so much; but does Iraq need so much money if it can support itself by producing oil? I just cannot wrap my mind around all that… Certainly, a lot of money is wasted in Iraq on the private contractors…

When the public schools will be expensive and not able to deliver, the most of kids will have the education from their parents at home. Not a bad idea someone may say, but it bring a lot of problems when the parents are not educated themselves, and using textbooks from religious organizations… As you know, religion in USA is a tool to recruit and make money…
